Partners

The TTRA Canada chapter is able to carry on its activities each year through the funding support of TTRA, conference revenues and most importantly, the generous support provided by organizations and companies interested in enhancing their exposure or communicating a message in the tourism research industry. 

Numerous organizations and companies have taken advantage of sponsorship opportunities at the TTRA Canada conference. We have spoken with many of these partners to better understand the value of these opportunities and have decided that partnerships between organizations and TTRA Canada could become more mutually beneficial. 

Are you a potential partner?

TTRA Canada would like to hear from organizations and companies to discuss custom partnership programs. Potential partner organizations can pick from a variety of opportunities to form the basis of the partnership agreement. TTRA Canada would also be open to explore other opportunities not already identified but of specific interest to the partner. Partnerships up to three years in length are available. 

Partnership opportunities include:    

1. TTRA Canada Conference:

  • Sponsor signage displayed in high traffic pre-function spaces
  • Sponsor signage displayed during case studies, sessions, dinners, luncheons and coffee breaks
  • Presentation opportunities at the Academic Roundtable
  • Exhibit space and collateral displays in Conference pre-function space 
  • Demonstration or presentation session at TTRA Conferences 
  • Sponsor recognition in conference kits and advertising materials 
  • Advertising space and editorial content in conference proceedings 
  • Sponsor recognition and advertising on conference webpage

  • Sponsor recognition and advertising space in e-News, aTTRActions 
  • Company profiles in e-News and aTTRActions 
  • Book reviews 
  • Editorial feature describing partnership with weblinks in TTRA e-news letter 
  • Editorial feature describing sponsor promotions for TTRA members in TTRA e-newsletter 

 3. TTRA Canada Web-site    

  • Editorial feature describing partnership, with link on TTRA partnership page

  • Naming rights for the Undergraduate, Masters and PhD student awards
